Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Her family is the fourth Roberts family who lived in Atlanta. This began with her great grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was a farm. At an early age his father became obsessed by theater. While a student at Emory University he appeared in various productions both on and off the campus. When he joined the Air Force In 1953, he starred in an airforce production in Biloxi with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple married and, in 1956, their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter was a student at Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana after he left the Airforce in the year 1957. Walter was employed to work for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to work on the set of Bum Bum and His Buddies in Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning local television show for children named Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. This was a project that they funded themselves. The Actors and Writers Workshop was established in 1964 and lasted for 6 years. They had two more children, Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also called Lisa), and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also also known by the name Julie).
